Dr. Jacqui Berg is a licensed physical therapist and founder of Momenta PT, who specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. Following a career as a professional snowboarder, physical therapy was a natural choice for her to pursue further education in sports performance, rehabilitation, health and wellness. She has special interests in spinal mobility for neck and back pain, manual therapy for ideal joint mechanics, dynamic motor control for optimal movement patterns, athletes, and deciphering her clients' unique biomechanics to achieve and maintain pain free function.
Jacqui is a Washington native and global traveler, familiar with the outdoor athletic community's unique injuries, approach to recovery, and lifestyles. She utilizes a range of techniques, which include exercise prescription, manual therapy, joint mobilizations, neuromuscular re-education, taping techniques, muscle relaxation strategies, and mindset and performance training, to create an individualized plan of care for each of her patients.
Jacqui's background as an action sport athlete, having recovered from multiple injuries and surgeries herself, and her holistic approach to physical therapy allow her to empathize with patients, join their healing journey, and ultimately improve their outcomes.
